Bio

In this picture he is about 4 months old. He is now 9 months and is almost 40 pounds. He makes the oddest noises and barks and howls at the same time, like a beagle would. His belly and legs have spots on them. We were told he was a spaniel/lab mix, but we just dont know. What do you think?
